A nossa cultura ocidental identifica a Deusa como "a Lua", acreditando que "o Sol" é um mero princípio masculino.
Mas essa associação só ocorre após o "pensamento binário", que separou o Um em dois pólos opostos.
Tem um início histórico e não é "universal", nem "neutro". De acordo com um ponto de vista muito antigo, a Deusa não é apenas o "princípio yin"; e esse pensamento diferente é
hoje partilhado em algumas das culturas matriarcais ainda existentes: Ela era muito mais. Ela era unidade, ciclicidade e totalidade, a dança do yin e do yang juntos. É deste ponto de vista que podemos compreender porque a mais antiga deusa europeia e mediterrânea era vista como o próprio Sol.
Muito conhecido é o símbolo da Lua Tripla. E se no lugar onde moro, nos Alpes orientais da Itália, ainda houver evidência de uma Deusa do Sol Triplo?
E se houverem dezenas de Deusas do Sol em todo o mundo? Como consideramos essa verdade na nossa devoção à Deusa e na nossa vida cotidiana?
E, acima de tudo: quais são as consequências reais e concretas de uma lembrança de uma imagem yang-feminina / Deusa do Sol?
Pode ser a peça que faltava no quebra-cabeça que nos permite ver uma imagem mais clara e nos dá orientações sobre como mudar este mundo.

Feminine like the Sun

Our western culture identifies Goddess as "the Moon", believing "the Sun" is a mere male principle.
But this association occurs only after the "thought of division", that separated the One in two poles opposing each other. It has an historical beginning and it is not "universal" nor "neutral".
According to a most ancient point of view, Goddess is not just the "yin principle" and this different thought is nowadays shared in some of the still existing matriarchal cultures: She was much more. She was unity, cyclicity, and wholeness, the dance of yin and yang together. It is
from this point of view that we can understand why the most ancient European and mediterranean Goddess was seen as the Sun herself.
Very well known is the symbol of the Triple Moon. What, if in the place where I live, in the Italian eastern Alps, there is still evidence of a Triple Sun Goddess?
What if there are tens of Sun Goddesses all around the world? How do we consider this truth in our Goddess devotion and in our everyday life?
And most of all: what are the real, concrete consequences of a re-membering of a feminine-yang / Sun Goddess imagery?
It can be the missing piece of the puzzle that allows us to see a clearer picture and gives us direction on how to change this world.
